We offer a wide selection of classes... Yoga Is For Everyone!!
Restorative- This is a deep relaxation class that focuses on restoring balance and energy to the body. Renew yourself for the weekend.
Gentle Yoga- Improve balance, gain strength and create flexibility through gentle movements and quiet relaxation. This class is ideal for all ages and abilities
Prenatal Yoga- Prepare your body and mind for the birthing experience. Learn meditation, breathing, relaxation and vocal training to use before, during & after delivery
Joyful Yoga- We come to yoga for our own reasons but we stay out of joy. Remind yourself why you love having yoga in your life.
Mindful Movements- Bring awareness, flexibility and strength to your body. Have a greater under- standing of your spine and overall health with a combination of postures
Energize Yoga- Energize yourself and your day with yoga. Feel invigorated and refreshed.
Deep Stretch- Loosen tight muscles and work out the tension in your body through basic poses and proper alignment

Hot Yoga Flow- A Flow style class with some extra heat to increase your strength, flexibility and cardio. Help connect with your breath & feel fantastic!
Deeper Practice- Start exploring some of the more challenging poses and connection that yoga has to offer
Pilates- Strengthen your core and feel the benefits of Pilates.
